School Supplies

  • The following list of suggested school supplies was compiled by teachers. The intent is to provide a list to help families prepare for school and to take advantage of summer sales at local retail stores. It is completely acceptable to wait until school begins and students meet with their teachers before purchasing supplies.

    General Supplies for all classes: 

    -Pencils
  • -Notebook paper (loose leaf or spiral bound)
  • -Folders or binders for each subject (multiple subjects may be organized in one binder). Many teachers suggest a 3" D-ring binder (to be used for all subjects) with a clear cover to display student's schedule.
  • -Five subject dividers (if using 3-ring notebook)
  • -Pencil pouch with holes to be kept in binder
  • -Colored pencils
  • -Water bottle  
  • -Pair of inexpensive headphones/ear buds (must have cord - no wireless)

Other suggested items:

  • -Pens
  • -Erasers
  • -Post-it notes
  • -Index cards
  • -Ruler with three holes to store in the binder (with metric and 1/16” markings)

  • -Small handheld pencil sharpener
  • -Flash drive (to save documents you start at school)
  • -Mouse for Chromebook
  • -Graph paper
  • -Small bottle of hand sanitizer
  • -A book to read for enjoyment whenever you find yourself with some extra time

Individual supplies needed for art class:

  • -Black sharpie markers (fine and extra-fine point)
  • -Crayola washable markers - bold
  • -Colored pencils
  • -Vinyl eraser
  • -Glue stick
