Immunization Information
Posted on 04/27/2017

Dear CV families:

The Pennsylvania Department of Health has changed school immunization regulations effective with the start of the 2017-18 school year. The regulations are intended to ensure that children attending school in the Commonwealth are adequately protected against potential outbreaks of vaccine preventable diseases. Students may risk exclusion from school without proof of immunization or exemption. For some vaccines this could occur as soon as the first day of school.
